Payment, Billing & Refund Policy – Flyoverr
This Payment, Billing & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments, subscriptions, credits, premium services, and refund-related matters on Flyoverr. By purchasing or using any paid service on the platform, users agree to comply with this Policy.
1. General Billing Terms
- All payments made on Flyoverr are processed digitally through approved payment gateways, banking partners, wallets, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, or other authorized payment methods.
- Prices displayed on the platform may vary depending on:
- Product type
- Subscription duration
- Promotional offers
- Region or country
- Tax applicability
- All charges are displayed in applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on local laws.
- Flyoverr reserves the right to:
- Modify pricing
- Introduce new paid services
- Revise subscription structures
- Change billing cycles
- Withdraw promotional pricing at any time without prior notice.
- Users are responsible for ensuring:
- Correct payment information
- Valid banking/card details
- Sufficient balance or credit limit
- Compliance with local payment regulations.
- Flyoverr shall not be responsible for failed transactions caused by:
- Banking downtime
- Payment gateway issues
- Expired cards
- Incorrect credentials
- UPI/network failures
- User negligence.
2. Subscription Plans
Flyoverr may offer:
- Monthly plans
- 6-month plans
- 12-month plans
- Recruiter subscriptions
- Agent subscriptions
- Premium visibility plans
- Assured Job plans
- Credit/wallet-based services
- Promotional premium services.
Each plan may contain different benefits, validity periods, limitations, and usage conditions.
3. Subscription Refund Policy
3.1 Non-Refundable Subscription Plans
All subscription plans purchased for:
- 6 months
- 12 months
- Long-term premium access
- Recruiter membership
- Agent membership
- Database access plans
- Premium account upgrades
are strictly non-refundable once purchased and activated.
No refund shall be provided for:
- Partial usage
- Inactivity
- Failure to utilize benefits
- Change of mind
- Business closure
- Low hiring activity
- Job market conditions
- User dissatisfaction without technical fault
- Account suspension due to policy violations.
4. Immediate Basket / Credit / Click Purchase Policy
4.1 Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
Products such as:
- Buy Immediate Basket
- Visibility clicks
- Lead credits
- Profile boosts
- Job boosts
- Promotional credits
- Wallet-based premium actions
once purchased are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Non-exchangeable.
Unused clicks, impressions, recommendations, or credits cannot be:
- Converted into cash
- Shifted to another account
- Carried forward beyond validity
- Exchanged for other services.
5. Assured Job Plan – Refund Policy
The “Assured Job” service is subject to the following conditions.
5.1 Refund Eligibility
A refund may be applicable only if ALL the following conditions are satisfied:
Eligible Conditions:
- User did not receive any recommendation under the plan, OR
- User did not apply to any job through the plan, OR
- User did not receive approval/selection within the stated validity period of the plan.
5.2 Refund Not Applicable
Refund shall NOT be applicable if:
- User applied to jobs using the Assured Job plan, AND
- User received approval, shortlist, selection, interview clearance, recruiter confirmation, or offer communication from any employer/recruiter.
This applies irrespective of whether:
- User accepts the job offer
- User rejects the job offer
- User fails to attend joining
- User voluntarily withdraws
- User becomes unavailable
- User changes location preference
- User changes salary expectations.
Once an employment opportunity or approval has been provided within the validity period, the service shall be considered fulfilled.
5.3 Automatic Refund Processing
If no approval/selection is received within the stated validity timeline of the Assured Job plan, Flyoverr may:
- Automatically process the refund to the original payment source, OR
- Allow the user to raise a refund request manually through the platform support system.
Refund timelines may vary depending on:
- Banking partners
- Payment gateways
- International processing timelines
- Financial institution clearance cycles.
5.4 Manual Refund Review & Investigation
All refund requests are subject to backend review and verification.
Flyoverr reserves the right to inspect:
- User activity
- Application history
- Recommendation delivery logs
- Profile completeness
- Interview attendance
- Recruiter responses
- Fraud indicators
- Misuse patterns
- Duplicate account activity
- Communication records.
Refund approval shall be solely at Flyoverr’s discretion based on investigation outcomes.
6. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse Protection
Refunds may be rejected if:
- Fake information was submitted
- Multiple accounts were created
- Resume/profile manipulation detected
- User intentionally avoided interviews
- User remained unresponsive to recruiters
- Policy abuse or exploitation was identified
- Fraudulent payment methods were used.
Flyoverr reserves the right to:
- Suspend accounts
- Reverse benefits
- Block transactions
- Initiate legal action in serious abuse cases.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Users agree not to initiate unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Flyoverr support.
If a chargeback is initiated:
- Account access may be restricted
- Services may be suspended
- Ongoing subscriptions may be terminated
- Legal recovery action may be initiated where applicable.
Any fraudulent chargeback attempt may result in permanent account suspension.
8. Wallet, Credits & Promotional Benefits
- Promotional credits, referral rewards, coupons, or bonus visibility benefits:
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be withdrawn
- Cannot be transferred.
- Flyoverr may expire unused promotional benefits after the specified validity period.
- Flyoverr reserves the right to revoke promotional credits obtained through abuse or manipulation.
9. Taxes & Government Charges
Users are responsible for any:
- GST
- VAT
- Service tax
- Withholding tax
- International banking fees
- Currency conversion charges
- Regulatory charges
applicable under their jurisdiction.
10. Payment Security
Flyoverr uses commercially reasonable payment security measures. However, Flyoverr does not store full banking or card credentials unless explicitly authorized through secure third-party payment processors.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of:
- OTPs
- UPI PINs
- Banking credentials
- Wallet access
- Login credentials.
11. Service Availability Disclaimer
Flyoverr does not guarantee:
- Guaranteed hiring
- Guaranteed interviews
- Guaranteed recruiter response
- Guaranteed selection
- Guaranteed salary levels
- Guaranteed migration approval.
Paid services improve visibility, networking, recommendations, and opportunities, but employment outcomes depend on multiple external factors.
12. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds may take approximately:
- 5–7 business days for UPI/wallets
- 7–14 business days for cards/banks
- Longer for international transactions.
Delays caused by banking systems or payment providers are outside Flyoverr’s control.
13. Policy Modification Rights
Flyoverr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or replace this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued usage of the platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
