Refers to a business entity that uses the platform to post job vacancies, manage recruitment projects, and/or handle other talent-related services. A company can be an employer, business owner, or organization seeking to hire employees. - Talent Provider (Agent)
An independent agent, agency, or recruiter who manages and sources job candidates for employers, typically providing recruitment services on behalf of businesses or individuals. - Job Posting
A job listing created by a recruiter or employer on the platform, which includes details such as the position title, job description, required qualifications, salary, and other relevant information. - Profile
A user’s personal or professional account on the platform, which may include personal information, professional background, work experience, skills, and other details shared with the platform for the purpose of job application, job posting, or networking. - CV Bank (Independent CV Database)
Refers to a secure database on Flyoverr where users (job seekers) store their CVs or resumes. This information is accessible by recruiters or other parties authorized by the user, with the ability to share the CV through a unique QR code. - Job Application
An action performed by a job seeker to express interest in a job posting, usually by submitting a CV or profile details to the recruiter or company offering the position. - Gulf Recruitment service
A service provided by Flyoverr for companies and recruiters to manage and oversee multiple hiring activities, including candidate sourcing, applicant tracking, and other related services. - Job Recommendation
A feature on Flyoverr that provides job seekers with job postings that match their profile, qualifications, and preferences. These recommendations are generated by the platform’s algorithm or based on manual job posting preferences. - Platform Services
The range of services provided by Flyoverr, including but not limited to job posting, CV storage, recruitment project management, job search functionality, networking tools, and skill-building resources. - Content
Any text, images, data, video, audio, or other material that users submit, upload, or share on the platform. This may include job listings, CVs, cover letters, profiles, and communications with other users. - Offer Letter
A formal document issued by an employer to a selected candidate, outlining the terms and conditions of employment, including salary, benefits, duties, and other specifics related to the job role. - User Agreement
The legal contract between Flyoverr and the users of the platform, which includes the Terms and Conditions as well as any other rules, policies, and guidelines that users must follow when interacting with the platform. - Compliance
Refers to the adherence to legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements associated with job postings, recruitment, and talent sourcing. This includes verifying job candidates’ credentials and ensuring that job seekers are legally eligible for employment as per local or international laws. - Referral
Refers to the act of recommending a job posting or user profile to someone else, typically for the purpose of earning rewards or recognition as part of Flyoverr's "Refer and Earn" program. This can involve sharing jobs or recommending candidates to recruiters. - Spam
Any unsolicited or irrelevant content posted on the platform that is intended to mislead or harass other users, violate platform guidelines, or disrupt the platform’s normal operations. - Verification
The process of confirming the accuracy of information submitted by users, such as validating user accounts, validating job postings, CV details, and background checks on candidates. This process is part of Flyoverr's efforts to ensure that job listings and profiles are legitimate. - Expiration of Job Postings
Refers to the automatic removal or deactivation of job postings after a certain period of inactivity, typically two weeks, where no interaction (such as applicant responses) occurs between the recruiter and applicants. - Dispute
A disagreement or conflict between users, or between a user and the platform, regarding any aspects of the services provided. This can include issues related to job postings, job applications, recruitment processes, or content shared on the platform. - Privacy Policy
The document outlining how Flyoverr collects, processes, stores, and protects users' personal data. This policy is designed to ensure that users’ information is handled in compliance with privacy laws and regulations. - Payment
Any financial transaction made on the platform, including fees paid by recruiters for posting job listings, subscription fees for premium services, or any other financial exchanges between users and Flyoverr. - Access Rights
The permissions granted to users to access specific features and tools on the platform. Access rights may vary depending on the type of user (job seeker, recruiter, company, etc.) and are governed by the platform’s internal policies. - Services Fee
The amount charged by Flyoverr to recruiters, companies, or other users for using premium services such as posting job listings, accessing recruitment tools, or using advanced platform features. - Third-Party Services
Services or products offered by entities other than Flyoverr that may be integrated with or accessible through the platform. This may include background check services, document verification, or external job boards linked to Flyoverr. - Job Offer
A formal invitation or proposal made by an employer to a job seeker, inviting them to join a company in a specific role. The offer typically follows successful recruitment processes and includes details like salary, start date, and job responsibilities.

Account Types and Responsibilities
Platform Services and Features
- Job Posting
- Posting Jobs:Users can post job vacancies, with recruiters and companies providing detailed descriptions and requirements. All job postings must comply with local and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to non-discrimination, labor standards, and safety
- Job Posting Responsibilities: You are responsible for posting accurate and detailed job descriptions, including all relevant information such as job title, responsibilities, qualifications, compensation, and application instructions.
- Compliance with Laws: You agree to ensure that all job postings comply with applicable labor laws, including non-discrimination policies, equal opportunity regulations, and any other relevant employment laws.
- Transparency and Authenticity: You must post genuine and legitimate job opportunities. Any fraudulent or misleading job posts will be removed, and your access to the platform may be revoked.
- Cross-Border Job Posting Terms and Conditions :By posting jobs related to cross-border recruitment on Flyoverr, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Authorization and Legality: Authorized Representative You must be duly authorized by your company to post job openings on Flyoverr. By posting a job, you confirm that you have the legal authority to recruit on behalf of the company and that the recruitment process is conducted under the firm's name and authorization.
- Visa Authorization: You confirm that the visa for the job posts you are creating has been legally authorized in the name of your agency or firm. You are responsible for ensuring that the visa is valid and compliant with all applicable immigration laws.
- Eligibility for Recruitment: You must be eligible to execute the recruitment process, including visa processing, emigration procedures, candidate sourcing, and handling original documents of applicants as required by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) or relevant authorities.
- Verification of Job Posts: All cross-border job posts will be subject to verification before they go live on the platform. Flyoverr reserves the right to terminate any job post that contains misinformation, fraudulent details, or is deemed to be spam without prior notice or information to the recruiter.
- Responsibilities for Applicant Approval : Applicant Approval By posting a job and accepting applications, you are responsible for reviewing, approving, and managing all applicants. Flyoverr is not liable for any changes in applicants' decisions, such as withdrawal of applications or last-minute changes of mind.
- Verification of Applicant Information: You are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of the documents, skills, experience, and other claims made by applicants. The platform is not responsible for any discrepancies or fraudulent claims. It is your responsibility to re-verify applicant details from your end before proceeding with the recruitment process.
- Job Post Expiry and Deactivation
- Job Post Expiry: If you do not respond to applicants within two weeks of their application, the job post will automatically expire or be deactivated by Flyoverr. It is your responsibility to manage the job posts and ensure timely follow-ups with applicants.
- Suspension of Job Posts: Flyoverr reserves the right to suspend a job post even after initial verification if any essential or primary details of the job, such as salary, duty hours, company name, or any other significant information, are found to be edited or altered after the post goes live. Any such discrepancies may lead to job post termination without notice.
- Disputes and Liability
- Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute or issue arising between you (the recruiter) and applicants, Flyoverr will not be held liable. All disputes regarding job acceptance, document handling, visa processing, or candidate onboarding will be handled between you and the applicants directly.
- Document Handling: You are responsible for managing and securing all original documents (e.g., passport, certificates, etc.) provided by applicants. If any issues or disputes arise regarding these documents, the responsibility lies solely with you, the recruiter. Flyoverr is not responsible for any mismanagement, loss, or misuse of original documents.
- Profile Creation and Management
- Job seekers can create and maintain their profiles, which include CVs, skillsets, and employment history. Recruiters and companies can view and interact with these profiles for potential employment opportunities.
- Independent CV Database
- Job seekers can create and maintain their profiles, which include CVs, skillsets, and employment history. Recruiters and companies can view and interact with these profiles for potential employment opportunities.
- CV Database Management: You are responsible for creating and maintaining an independent CV database on the platform. This includes uploading, organizing, and managing the CVs and profiles of job seekers who apply for positions or scan your QR code.
- Data Security and Privacy: You must ensure that all personal data collected through the platform is stored securely and that it complies with relevant data protection laws, including GDPR or other applicable privacy regulations. You are responsible for the protection of job seekers' information and agree not to misuse, share, or disclose personal data without proper consent.
- Access and Usage: You are granted access to job seeker profiles and CVs within the platform. You agree to use this data exclusively for recruitment purposes and not to share it with unauthorized third parties. Any breach of this responsibility may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Creating and Maintaining Independent CV Database
- Project Management
- Companies and recruiters can manage recruitment projects, track candidate progress, and communicate with job seekers within the platform.
- Recruitment Project Oversight: You are responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for any projects you manage on the platform. This includes conducting interviews, managing job offers, handling negotiations, and ensuring the smooth processing of recruitment for each position.
- Timeline and Deadlines: You agree to manage and adhere to project timelines and ensure that job seekers are kept informed about the status of their applications. Delays or failure to comply with timelines may result in negative consequences on the platform.
- Communication with Job Seekers: As a recruiter or talent-providing agent, you agree to maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with all job seekers applying through your job postings. You must ensure transparency throughout the recruitment process, from initial communication to job offer stages.
- Contributing to Other Posted Jobs
- Job Contributions: You may contribute to other posted job listings on the platform, either by referring candidates, offering advice, or assisting in the recruitment process. However, you must not interfere with job postings that do not align with your specific recruitment projects or roles.
- Collaboration with Other Recruiters: When contributing to other recruiters’ job postings, you agree to respect their authority and not attempt to influence their decision-making or recruitment processes. Your contributions should be made with the intent to support the recruitment efforts, not disrupt or claim ownership of other recruiters' projects.
- Respect for Platform Policies: Your contributions to other jobs must align with Flyoverr's guidelines, and any misuse of the platform's features (such as spamming or inappropriate interactions with job seekers) may lead to account suspension or termination.
- Job Recommendations and Alerts
- Job seekers can receive personalized job recommendations based on their profile, skills, and experience. Users can also opt for job alerts for new postings.
- Job Application and Communication
- Job seekers can apply to jobs, send messages, and participate in interviews through the platform. Recruiters can review applications, conduct interviews, and engage with candidates directly.
- User Responsibilities and Obligations
- Accurate Information: Users are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout their use of the platform. Users must keep their profiles, resumes, and job postings current.
- Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including labor laws, data protection regulations, and intellectual property laws.
- Conduct on the Platform: Users are expected to behave professionally and ethically. Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, fraud, and other forms of misconduct are prohibited. Flyoverr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these rules.
- Non-Circumvention: Users agree not to bypass or circumvent Flyoverr’s services to establish direct business relationships with job seekers, recruiters, or companies outside of the platform.
- Account Security: Users must protect their accounts and login credentials. They must immediately notify Flyoverr of any unauthorized use of their account.
User Conduct
Users must engage with others respectfully and professionally. Any behavior that is discriminatory, harassing, abusive, or in violation of local laws will lead to the suspension or termination of the user account.
- Account Access
Flyoverr may, at its sole discretion, suspend, deactivate, or terminate user accounts if any of the following conditions apply:- Violation of the platform’s Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities or providing false information.
- Breaching the platform’s code of conduct.
- Failure to respond to job applicants within the specified timeframe.
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
- User Account Types
Flyoverr offers various types of accounts, which may include:- Job Seeker Account: For individuals seeking employment opportunities.
- Recruiter Account: For recruiters posting job vacancies and reviewing job seeker profiles.
- Company Account: For organizations that post multiple job openings and manage recruitment projects.
- Talent Provider Account: For agencies or individuals providing recruitment services on behalf of companies.
- Cross border Service providing firm/agency/training centre Account
Each account type will have specific features and access rights tailored to the user’s role on the platform.
- Verification Process
Flyoverr reserves the right to verify the information provided during the registration process. This may include checking the validity of email addresses, phone numbers, and professional credentials. Additionally, Flyoverr may request additional documents or conduct background checks for users, particularly recruiters and companies, to ensure the legitimacy of posted jobs and user profiles. - Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account login credentials, including passwords. Flyoverr recommends using strong, unique passwords and not sharing login information with others. Users should immediately notify Flyoverr if they suspect any unauthorized access to their account
Limitations of Flyoverr’s Responsibilities
While Flyoverr strives to provide a seamless and effective platform for job seekers, recruiters, and companies, the platform has the following limitations in its responsibility:
- Mediation Role
Flyoverr acts solely as a mediator between job seekers and recruiters. The platform does not directly engage in recruitment, job placements, or employment contracts. Therefore, any agreement between job seekers and recruiters is solely between those parties, and Flyoverr does not assume responsibility for the outcome of those agreements. - Verification of Applicants and Job Listings
While Flyoverr verifies the legitimacy of job postings and user profiles, it does not guarantee the authenticity of all content submitted by users. Users are responsible for conducting additional due diligence on job candidates or job offers, including background checks and validating qualifications. - No Guarantee of Job Placement
Flyoverr does not guarantee that job seekers will secure employment through the platform. Job seekers are encouraged to apply to multiple job listings and engage actively with recruiters. - External Services and Third-Party Links
Flyoverr may provide links to third-party websites or services, such as background verification services, job boards, or payment gateways. Flyoverr does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or services provided by these third-party vendors. - Job Offer Process
Flyoverr is not involved in the job offer process, including the signing of contracts, the execution of medical examinations, or any other compliance processes. Job seekers and recruiters are responsible for negotiating the terms of employment directly with one another.
Payments, Fees, and Billing (if applicable)
- Some services, such as posting job vacancies, or accessing premium features as a subscription cost, or increasing visibility of post or solution like profile, jobs post, portfolio, boost features but not limited to this may require payment. Fees for services will be outlined on the platform and must be paid as specified.
- Payment Methods
Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, online payment systems, or other methods available on the platform. Flyoverr reserves the right to modify payment methods at any time. - Refunds and Cancellations
Users may request a refund for certain services in accordance with Flyoverr’s refund policy. Refunds will be processed based on the nature of the service and compliance with applicable terms. - Taxes

Flyoverr strives to maintain the integrity of the platform, but ultimately, users are responsible for their actions and interactions on the platform.

This section establishes the responsibilities of users to indemnify and protect Flyoverr from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from their use of the platform or related features. It applies universally across all features, user types, and services offered by Flyoverr.

- Technical Interference:

For Applicants
- Posting inaccurate qualifications or experience details that lead to disputes with employers or agents.
- Submitting fraudulent applications or engaging in activities that violate employer policies.
For Employers and Recruiters
- Posting false or misleading job listings or failing to honor promises made during recruitment.
- Misuse of applicant data, such as unauthorized sharing or exploitation of resumes.
- Disputes arising from the termination or mistreatment of hired applicants.
For Talent-Providing Agents
- Misrepresentation of services, candidates, or qualifications to employers.
- Failing to comply with legal recruitment processes or regulatory requirements.
- Disputes with team members linked under their account or with clients using their services.
For Employees Linked to Employer or Agent Accounts
- Unauthorized activities conducted under the linked account, such as unauthorized job postings or data breaches.
- Violations of internal employer or agent policies when using the Flyoverr platform.
- Third-Party Involvement and Liability
Users agree to indemnify Flyoverr for any disputes or damages caused by third-party interactions, including but not limited to:
- Using third-party integrations (e.g., WhatsApp, external links) for registration or communication.
- Misuse of Flyoverr’s API or external plugins provided for employers and agents.
- Harm caused by phishing or fraudulent activities linked to Flyoverr branding but conducted by unauthorized third parties.
- Costs and Legal Defense
- User Responsibility for Legal Fees:
- Users must reimburse Flyoverr for any legal fees, court costs, or settlement amounts incurred due to the user’s actions or omissions
- Right to Independent Defense:
- Flyoverr retains the right to control its legal defense in any claim covered by this Identification clause. Users are obligated to cooperate fully with Flyoverr in any such legal matters.
- User Responsibility for Legal Fees:
- Flyoverr’s Exclusion from Liability
The Identification clause does not apply in cases where claims, losses, or damages are solely caused by:
- Flyoverr’s negligence or intentional misconduct.
- Platform errors or failures beyond the user’s control.
- Identification for Breach of Intellectual Property
Users are fully responsible for any content they upload or share on the platform, including but not limited to:
- Job postings, resumes, images, or other materials that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- Flyoverr will hold users accountable for any resulting disputes or legal actions from third parties.
